Due to the nature of digital products (PDF ebooks, diet plans) which are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract after the download has started.
2. Technical issues
If you experience issues downloading or opening a purchased product, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue — in justified cases we may offer a refund.
